Delivery Instructions:

• Make sure your package does NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE.
• Make sure your item will NOT ARRIVE ON WEEKENDS.
  • Our studio is not open on weekends.
• SEND 2 UNITS OF EACH PRODUCT.
  • We will use one for testing and one for the video(s).
  • It is ok to only send one unit if you are not able to send two. We ask for two in case one is damaged or does not work, so we have a backup, or we use one for testing and one for showing on camera.
• NEED IT RETURNED? Include a pre-paid label or send us one.
• HAVE MULTIPLE PRODUCTS? If you have multiple orders with us, let us know if you are sending the products all in one package.

If you are sending an oversized package, it will be shipped via freight. Ask us about specific shipping instructions.

For liability reasons, we can’t accept products before an order is placed. If a product is sent without an order, we are not responsible for storage or return shipping costs. To ensure a smooth process, please place your order first.

Due to Amazon’s “promotional content” rules, you would need to send us an Amazon item. For these reasons, we are also not able to purchase any client items or leave reviews. We just provide you with the video file.

We receive a high volume of packages daily. Once your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, feel free to reach out; we’ll be happy to confirm its arrival.
