To ensure the best results, we require an approved script before filming. So, it is important to carefully review your script, including dialogue, visuals, costumes, settings, and camera moves, to avoid surprises or additional costs later.
We offer free revisions for anything that can be fixed in post-production (editing) without a re-shoot. If we missed something included in the approved script, we’ll correct it at no charge.
We allow multiple script and editing revisions, even though our gig pages mention "1 REVISION." We don’t advertise "unlimited revisions" to prevent misunderstandings, but we’re flexible.
If you request changes that differ from the approved script, re-shoots will incur additional fees. This includes subjective preferences like acting style, expressions, delivery, clothing choices, camera angles, pacing, and chemistry. Since we pay our actors and crew for each shoot, re-filming requires additional costs. Our actors are trained professionals, and their performances reflect our expertise in creating engaging content.
To ensure a smooth revision process and efficient turnaround, please send all feedback in one message to avoid delays. If you are placing the order on Fiverr, you have 3 days after delivery to request revisions. After that, orders are automatically closed unless you notify us that you need more time. Be sure to try and send all revision requests at once so we can clearly understand the desired changes. Consolidate all feedback into one message to streamline the process. Multiple individual requests slow down revisions and extend project timelines. Providing clear, detailed feedback upfront helps us deliver a video that meets your expectations as efficiently as possible.
We try to complete revisions as quickly as possible, but depending on the complexity of the requested changes, it may take up to a week or longer. Once you submit a revision request, it goes back into our order pipeline, and we’ll prioritize it as soon as we can. Since these elements are subjective, free re-shoots are not available if changes are requested for these reasons. We’ve produced thousands of videos and photos, and our actors are pros. Every decision we make, whether it's acting choices, visuals, or direction, is based on our combined professional experience to ensure the best results. If a re-shoot is needed for subjective reasons, there will be an additional cost, as the original content was produced according to the approved script. Because we pay our actors and crew per shoot, re-shoots require additional fees. However, if revisions do not require re-shooting, we are happy to make editing adjustments free of charge.
