For large productions, additional actors and custom locations may be needed. Our base pricing includes up to 3 actors and standard studio locations. For large productions, additional actors and special locations would require additional fees.
Large Productions require a deposit, structured as two milestones:
Deposit (50%) – Must be completed before production starts. Video Delivery (50%) – Stays active during production and is used for delivery.
You can speed things up by marking milestones as complete. If needed, we can break payments into smaller installments.

Team Member Roles & Looks – Provide titles for each person to be featured and any specific styling preferences. We’ll select actors with little to no online presence to maintain consistency for future projects.

Office Location – We typically rent an office space for filming. Please send us some samples of offices you like and we will factor the cost for something similar into the quote.
Estimated Timeline & Workflow Since these videos require custom locations, casting, and additional production steps, the process takes longer than our standard commercial shoots. Below is a general timeline:
Pre-Production (Weeks 1-10) Weeks 1-2: Initial discussions, budgeting, and preliminary quote. Weeks 3-4: Refining details and sourcing location options based on budget. Weeks 5-6: Finalizing location and sending quote. Work begins after payment is received. Weeks 7-8: Casting actors and writing scripts. Actors must be given time to submit auditions. Weeks 9-10: Finalizing scripts, reviewing auditions, confirming actor/location availability.
Production (Weeks 11-12) Filming takes place in one full day once everything is confirmed.
Post-Production (Week 13) Editing and final delivery.
We do not offer rush delivery for these types of videos due to the many moving parts and external factors (actor availability, location booking, etc.).
