What we need to get started:
Here’s what we’ll need from you to ensure your video turns out great:
- VIDEO LENGTH & INFO - Let us know the video length you need and details about your product. We'll then send you a personalized quote.
- ASSETS - Have your branding materials, product samples, prototypes, app links, and logos ready before ordering. For physical products, you can ship them once you place your order. Clear direction upfront helps us hit the ground running, but if you’re not sure about something, just let us know, and we'll help you figure it out!
- PRONUNCIATION AUDIO FILE - Provide an audio file clearly pronouncing your company or product names, so we say them perfectly. If none is provided, we'll check your website or social media or make our best guess.
- YOUR PRODUCT - Please be ready with your App, Screenshots, TestFlight, Redeem Code, Link, Mockup, Prototype, Product, etc. Ensure your app, TestFlight, screenshots, or product works smoothly. We'll start testing during filming; if the product has issues, it could delay the project or require additional costs for re-shooting.
Ordering multiple videos:
If you're ordering more than one video, we recommend placing each as a separate order. This approach streamlines production, prevents delays, and ensures smoother communication. We're still happy to offer bundled pricing—just reach out to discuss!
Why hasn’t my project started?
We may not have received everything we need to get started, which might include the order requirements. To get things moving, please submit the details. Your project officially kicks off once an order is placed and we have everything we need. Reach out if you need any help! Timelines vary based on the project, but we'll always keep you informed.
