Our base pricing includes standard indoor and outdoor locations, such as a Cafe, Office, Home, Basic Cars, and General Outdoor Areas. Custom locations for projects add an additional 10-days to the delivery, so we have time to book and schedule it.
We also offer green screen virtual backgrounds at no additional cost, allowing us to create various settings without on-site filming.

Our base pricing includes standard indoor and outdoor locations, such as a Coffee shop, Office setting, Home & living room, Basic cars, and General outdoor areas. You can check out examples of our included locations in videos we’ve produced here - https://www.youtube.com/@mikevannfiverr/videos - If you need a public location like a park, beach, hiking trail, or camping area, there is a $500 additional cost to cover filming permits and travel, as well as an additional 10-days added to the delivery to cover scheduling.
If you need underwater footage of your product in use, there is an additional $500 fee due to the specialized equipment and liability involved. If you require a pool location, there is an additional $500 fee to cover rental and setup costs, as well as an additional 10-days added to the delivery to cover scheduling.
If you need nighttime filming (in the dark or around sunset) at an exterior location or an interior location with visible exteriors, there is an additional $500 fee. This covers overtime costs for our actors and crew since night shoots fall outside our normal filming hours, as well as an additional 10-days added to the delivery to cover scheduling. As an alternative option at no additional cost, we have indoor locations where we can control the lighting to simulate nighttime. We can also film on a green screen and create a nighttime effect digitally, as long as the background isn’t too complex.
Since our studio is located in Southern California, filming in the snow is seasonal and depends on weather conditions. We can film in the snow during November, December, and January, weather permitting. Due to the travel and logistics involved, there is an additional $4,500 fee for snow filming, as well as an additional 10-days added to the delivery to cover scheduling. This covers time, transportation, and production costs for traveling to mountain locations in Southern California where we can film in the snow.
Unfortunately, we don’t provide photos of custom locations before booking. Location availability depends on the responsiveness of the location’s representative and their current schedule, so we can’t guarantee access to exact locations in advance. Instead, please send us reference photos of the style or look you’re going for. Based on that, we will find a similar location that best matches your vision.
