If the revision timeline lapsed and the delivery got marked as complete, the order is not in our queue anymore. So, to ensure it gets back in our queue, we charge a $5 fee (the minimum amount for an order), to make sure the order goes back in our queue. Otherwise, the request may be overlooked since we go off our order queue for shooting and revisions.
