Actors in our videos are employees of our company, and their contract includes a blanket release for all projects we produce. So, we do not require separate releases for projects. Our actors have already given permission to use their likenesses in the videos we create. Note that this does not apply to projects intended for mass media distribution (such as TV or film), which requires additional licensing. For more details on this, let me know!
We don’t allow clients to hire their own actors. Our team has a well-established casting process to ensure we work with experienced, professional talent. Our production insurance only covers actors we hire, which minimizes risks and avoids complications from external talent. If you need custom casting, we offer that option where you'll be involved in the selection process, and we’ll provide actor choices from our casting calls for you to pick from. Similarly, we manage all filming locations to ensure they meet our quality standards, are covered by our insurance, and allow for smooth logistics. We understand these policies may differ from what you're used to, but they are in place to ensure a seamless, high-quality production process for every video we create.
